Rates and Terms
Effective January 1, 2010.
Ad Hoc Rates: $125 per hour for service without a signed Credit Agreement or a signed Service Agreement.
Credit Agreement Discount: $110 per hour with a signed Credit Agreement. This discount is alloted to those customers who need only a few hours of service during the year. Customers need to sign a simple four-page Credit Agreement to receive this discount.
Professional Services Agreement Discount: 15% to 30% discount off Standard Rates is possible by signing an agreement. The amount of discount depends on the services and terms agreed to.
Standard Hours: Standard Rates apply to work performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Zone.
Extended Hours: Services provided weekdays after 6:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m., and anytime weekends or holidays, are charged at one-and-one-half times the applicable rate.
Time Calculation: After the initial minimum time charge is met, additional time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Travel Charges are by the mile and are based on current IRS mileage reimbursement rates. Standard Hours time is also charged for both directions of travel outside the City of Milwaukee.
Rates and Terms Subject to Change: All rates not bound by a signed Service or Project Agreement are subject to change without notice. Any signed agreements may include prices and terms different from those stated above.

Finally, we expect payment due upon completion. We will charge a 10% late charge at 30, 90, and 120 days late, at which time we will begin collections. Unfortunately, we have had to introduce this policy. Thank you.
